I think Blair's emotional distress is getting to her sense of fashion here. It's like a candy store and grandma's closet melted together and vomited all over her. Lovely shoes, though.

Ah, Blair's beloved ruffles again... but it's fine because it's a beautiful Christian Dior. Only the coat is a tad much.
