It seems like this wasn't a popular look but I like this one. High-waisted full skirts make you look so thin and lean.

She's wearing a dress as a coat which is perhaps a little weird but it looks okay. The dress I would've thought a little conservative if it wasn't for that spectacular open back! Some sexy boots too.
