No, I'm afraid I haven't! There is at least one outfit per episode but there are still a few missing, especially from the earlier seasons ... I think it's complete from season 4 onwards. After my exams I'm planning to fill in some more gaps, but it's a lot of work and very often I can't find any designers anymore. Hope I answered your question!
