I thought this outfit was great. Blair usually dresses to the occasion and the occasion this time being going incognito with her man to the horse show. She wasn't there to entertain or be part of the party which is why she is dressed as a rider. I think she looks spectacular as usual. This look is elegant and so laid back. These two things are so rare to see with Blair.
